Outside:
The villa has a fully landscaped garden with private 8 (26ft) x 4
(13ft) metre pool with Roman steps. The garden is lit with a tiled
veranda and two patio areas one to the side of the house and one by the
pool (Note to parents: we advise children are supervised outside
because of the pool). There are lights on all balconies and also
the
veranda area. |
Bedroom 1:
Has a king size bed, wardrobes and drawers. It has an en-suite with
shower, toilet and sink. There is a panoramic sea view from this
bedroom's large balcony. |

Bedroom 2:
Also has a king size bed, wardrobes and drawers. Again a panoramic sea
view and balcony. |

Bedroom 3: With enclosed balcony
safe for children
Has two 110cm single beds, wardrobes and drawers, this bedroom balcony
has side sea view and side mountain views.  |
Living Rooms:
There are two sofas, a dining room table with seating for 6 people.
There is also a coffee table, DVD, Hi-Fi, HDTV and Satellite. |
Kitchen:
Fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, extractor, double sink,
American style fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water
dispenser, dishwasher and microwave.  |
Bathrooms:
En-suite to master bedroom with shower, basin and wc.
The first floor has a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it, wc and
basin.
There is downstairs WC and basin. |
Utility room:
Has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. |
Cleaning/towels:
To maintain privacy cleaning and linen is completed at changeover.
However,for a two week stay a mid stay clean and linen change is
available. |
